Steve Potts in the house.....ti hardtail 29er. 2 X 8 drivetrain with the old school XT thumbies. 29 X 2.4 tires, elbows, and knees for suspension. This bike straight up rocks !
those little green clothes are sweet, just add a little bit of water, isopropyl and elbow grease to git rid of the nasty rust accumulation OR not, and add the character. Either way.....it's purely aesthytics as the rusty rotor braked just perfectly fine.
here's the new Ventana Zues which sports the 650b wheelsize. This bike also has 150/160mm of rear travel, the new Fox Talas 27.5 160mm front fork, a Sram X0 drivetrain, Chris King bearings and TL28 hoops from Kirk Pacenti. The bike weight came in at 29.5#, head angle is 67.5d.....simply put. Built to shred.
